Our History
As one of its first and most prominent investments, t-AG International Holding acquired 65% of the shares of Wintrado GmbH Germany on 27 September 2017.
Wintrado GmbH Germany had been developing a simple and playful trading platform for the past 2 years. In July 2017, the founder of t-AG International Holding became aware of the platform's development work and immediately saw the high potential. After intensive consideration, the Board of Directors decided to acquire 65% of the promising but not yet market-ready Wintrado platform in a first step.
On September 27, 2017, Wintrado Technologie AG was founded as a subsidiary of t AG with a share capital of CHF 100,000. A short time later, Technologie AG acquired the remaining shares in the Wintrado platform in the course of a capital increase to CHF 1,000,000. Since then, Wintrado Technologie AG has been the sole owner of the software and all associated rights.
The Future of Finance
In the following 2 years, t-AG International Holding invested a significant amount into the development of the platform. As of August 2019, the platform was ready for the market and was able to conclude its first customer contracts.
t AG continues it’s investment efforts to further promote the brand and add additional products to its portfolio.
The Artificial Intelligence-based image generator DALL-E at latest has shown, how powerful Machine Learning technologies have become. In the t AG mission statement for the next years, the application of these technologies in the financial space has a high priority.
The holding will work with researches and developers alike to become a strong player in this space.

Wintrado Cyprus LTD
Location: Limassol, Cyprus
Wintrado Cyprus Ltd. is located in the European centre of Forex Limassol and is responsible for sales and the worldwide marketing of the product.
For example, it regularly participates in all major financial fairs in London, Shanghai, Cyprus and Hong Kong.
The location in Cyprus was not only chosen because of its proximity to all important European brokers, but also because of the good availability of industry experts.
